•$50 refundable security deposit is required to confirm booking, along with a signed online contract.
•Booking is not confirmed until payment has been submitted.
•Remaining rental balance is due upon arrival of set up.
•Security deposit is used to reserve your booking date, & as a deposit towards our equipment if equipment is damaged or go missing.
•Deposit is not credited to the cost of your rental. However it is refunded upon inspection of equipment if equipment is in the same condition as dropped off.
The sooner the better! Bookings are reserved on first come first serve basis. Each set up is rented once per day to ensure sanitation, if you’re interested on a specific set up it’s best to book soon.

To ensure safety, we will not set up if there is rain, please have a plan B incase there is rain. If an alternate indoor location is not available, we will reschedule your event upon availability on our schedule.* Please note once Partyland Soft Play has fully set up equipment & your event time has started a refund WILL NOT be issued.
Should you need to cancel , please make sure to notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event may result in the loss of your deposit.
We service all of the Antelope Valley, such as Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz hill, Littlerock, & surrounding cities. We may be able to accommodate a further distance for a delivery charge. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can deliver to your location.
All packages include 5 hours of equipment rental. You have the option to purchase additional hours for $50 per hour

Toddler Jumpers: Ages 5yrs & under
Water Slides: 2-10yrs
Modern Bounce Houses: 2-12yrs
• Unfortunately big kids cannot get into our toddler jumpers. These jumpers are intended to be used by smaller children. They do have a weight limit and capacity limit.
* If you are having children over the age of 5 at your event we recommend renting a regular size moonwalk for them to enjoy.

• Yes it can, as long as the area is a flat leveled surface.
• If set up is on grass, grass must be clean, cut and dry.
• We do NOT set up near water slides. If pools or water slides are at the event we do not allow wet children on our equipment.
