3. SETUP (We will arrive 45min-1hr prior to your rental start time to begin setup. If there’s any restrictions such as restricted entrance, stairs, restricted parking, etc.. please let us know in advance to plan accordingly)
4. ENJOY :)
5. BREAKDOWN (we will arrive at your rental end time & breakdown equipment.
For safety reasons, Partyland Soft Play does not set up in rain/sprinkling or any unsafe weather conditions. Please have a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

We require a security deposit of $50 to confirm your rental. We also require a signed Rental and Waiver Agreement that we can provide once we receive your deposit.
Booking is not confirmed until deposit has been submitted.
A security deposit reserves your booking date and covers potential damage or loss of equipment. The deposit is not applied to the rental cost, but will be refunded after inspection if the equipment is returned in the same condition.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay
The sooner the better! Bookings are reserved on first come first serve basis. Each set up is rented once per day to ensure sanitation, if you’re interested on a specific set up it’s best to book soon.
Please notify us at least 7 days before your event if you need to cancel. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may result in the loss of your deposit.
